We can customize the system including creating custom reports and invoices.
We also perform upgrades and install patches when released. We have a data backup service which periodically stores your latest data on our servers, providing an extra measure of security and peace of mind.
We support older, legacy products that are no longer supported by the publisher, for licensed users. Not everyone is on the latest version of a financial system; for some firms the prudent choice is to keep their older system running. That's fine, until a problem is encountered, work stops and no one can fix it. Our library of older systems, patches and fixes, and our experience at solving many older system problems is often the difference between expensive downtime and a solution that gets you up and running the same day.
